Due to the geographic spread of our school, our end of year celebrations are hosted in our classroom spaces or online with Health School teachers.
For the first part of the event, we are all together as a whole school, meeting through Google Meet.

After the opening session and addresses, we will take a virtual tour around the motu with the opportunity to see the students and whānau gathered at each site. This is to highlight the number of staff, students, and sites that make up our school and provide students with an opportunity to feel connected to the wider Southern Health School/te kura whaiora ki te tonga community.
We will then move into a site-based session at approximately 1.30 pm, where:

Close with a karakia whakamutunga
Following this, those attending in person will enjoy a shared kai at each site. A teacher will lead the karakia kai before we eat.
